Returns and Exchanges Policy:
At Ardara Milani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for women's clothing items. Please read our policy below:
Returns:
- You may return any unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of the delivery date a full refund.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at email : ardaramilani@proton.me , cell/ whatsApp : IT+393278540702 , Ro +40 to request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability . If the desired item is not available , we will issue a refund for the return item.
- All exchange items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
- Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide instruction on how to return the item and process the exchange.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- International orders may be subject to additional return shipping method.
